Default What can I lose?

I am fixing to pick up a 91 cherokee for $200
It has no title (not stolen). it's my brother in laws jeep.
I am planning on removing all doors, front fenders and cutting as much of the rear out as possible. I'm wanting to know what all suspension parts I can remove to get better articulation?
The only time this will see the road is crossing one to get to different trails. haha. pictures would help alot because i might not have any clue on what part your talking about.
here are a couple pic's one is next to my old bronco.

It will be what I call a no money project (besides fluids) the only money i will spend on it, is what i get for selling all the extra crap that's on it. you know doors, windows, fenders haha.
I found this pic on here and this is what it will look like about two weeks after I get it.

Also if you're going to chop the rear off be sure to add some type of extra stiffeners to the rear of the jeep or it'll fold up (not fun). Check out some of the chopped threads to get an idea. There are so many threads on how to do this the right way. The roof adds a lot of stiffness to it being that it is a unibody (has no frame if you didn't already know)

this wont be my first 4x4, unibody, or jeep.
it wont see any extreme offraoding, im going to test the limits of street tires first.
It will never have a lift or anything special, just strip it build a snorkel and give it hell. haha so do you guys think it will really need some extra strength?
if so I wont cut the roof, that was just gonna be a weight reduction mod.
The seats (besides front), carpet, console, trim, ect. literally all I want in it is a radio and a heater blower.

you keep mentioning "give it hell" and stuff, you might want to look into putting some kind of roll bar or something in it just to be safe. and leave the rear hatch on, it provides a good bit of support.

Well if you're not going to chop it then there's not much you should worry about with stiffening the body. The roof and rear hatch just help to distribuate the stress.

A roll cage and harness is WAY out of budget.
And there is nothing close to where I will drive it, where I would need either one.
This jeep wont get a lift, or bigger than 30x9.5 tires.
I will be the only one in it, so there are no worries about hurting anybody but myself.

no I blew the trans and got rid of it. and the motor was wore out, and the rear axle had no brakes (stuff melted). it was fun until i had to get pulled out by the completely stock jeep.
