Ohhhh kay.
I'm going to respond to this on the basis that there are a lot of young people on here with no mechanical background, and this isn't a joke.
If you're talking about the big blue thing on the far right of the picture, The guy with the big circled in the side, it's the "chime", it makes the annoying buzzing noise when you open the door with the keys in the ignition.
If your 91 has the same fuse layout as my 96, and you're talking about the blue 15a fuse in the slot marked 4, it's for a feature called "Passing Light". It's an over-ride for the headlight relay so you can flash the headlights by pulling back on the turn signal lever.

I didn't mean to dog on you.
How would I have any clue as to your level of mechanical or electrical skills?
As the item obviously isn't a fuse, I figured it was either a joke or the person posing the question didn't have a lot of experience.
I learned "seat of my pants" too, and asked a lot of questions where the answers made me look dumb.
I'd never down anybody for what they don't know,
only those who mess stuff up because they're too proud to ask and those that don't know but answer anyway.
and you're welcome.

In all seriousness, you did teach me something new. Thanks for the heads up.

Jeepguy, a better way to do this is to open the image in MS Paint (or a similar image editing tool), and use one of the drawing tools (like the circle) to draw a nice big red line around the part you are talking about, or an arrow pointing to it. Then everybody knows exactly what you're talking about.
It really helps when the situation is more complicated than your "big blue thing".

That ain't no problem. I snagged your picture just like you snagged it, and then added the lines.
Anyway, just a suggestion for future reference.
