My 01 is riddled with that brown rusty crappy stuff. Aside from a really really nice flush, I want to replace the radiator, upper & lower hoses, water pump, & t-stat. My question is whats the best brand to replace this stuff with. Is an OE rad any better than an aftermarket one? And are water pumps like these actually worth the extra money?

I just went through this last weekend, but I am broke as hell so I took the best deal I could get, which was at Advance Auto Parts with a $50 off $150 coupon.
* Dayco Hoses
* Goodyear Gatorback Belt (already had this, but never threw it on the jeep)
* ToughOne Water Pump (I have heard good things about the ToughOne pumps, and also has a lifetime warranty)
* ALWAYS USE FELPRO GASKETS
* I used a Stant Superstat (cost me $3.50 vs $20 for a Mopar t-stat)
* Blue RTV silicone
* Radiator Flush kit + chemicals
* New Fan Clutch
* Antifreeze
* New radiator cap (dont overlook this).
Basically cost me $120 in total, and my Jeep is running cooler than ever. I did not know if my coolant had ever been flushed, so I actually held off on a new radiator until I let it run for a few weeks with fresh coolant to clean the crud out. After that, I'll do another flush before changing the radiator out (dont want to send dirty crap through a brand new radiator).
I did about 350 miles this past week, and everything is holding up great! No leaks, temp gauge sits right at 195*f no matter how hot it is, or how bad the traffic is, and it only took me ~5 hours because I was moving slow.
EDIT:
And getting a single core radiator is worthless IMO. Spend the extra few bucks and get a 2-core radiator instead.

Have u researched how radiator design has changed in the last 25 years? Virtually all OE factory installed rads r a 1 row design with the 1 row of tubes being very wide (1.25" wide vs 1/2" wide). Modern wide row/tube design is more efficient at dissipating heat than old school multiple narrow rows. FWIW, the correct terminology is 1 or 2 row(s), not 1 or 2 core rad. All rads only have 1 core, the 1 core will consist of 1, or more, rows (of tubes).
