Question What all do you need...?

I'm ready for winter, but I need new tires. I also want to lift my car. I don't want to buy tires, then buy a lift kit and another set of tires for my XJ. My point is that I don't want to buy 8 tires.. So, I'm wondering, what do you need for a full lift kit. I want to make my stock XJ to have either 2" or 3" of lift all the way around so it's even. I also want to run 31" tires on it. So I'm a little confused on what you need to have a complete lift "kit". Thanks in advance!

Coils, spacers are cheaper. Leafs, Add-a-Leaf and shackles are cheaper. Shocks. Remove your rear sway bar and you have bar pin eliminators for the shocks, get another set from a JY and you have enough for all shocks. Maybe longer sway bar connects. Search the forum long enough and you'll find everything i missed

Looks good but not a big fan for buying car parts from ebay. I would go to a web site that would sell the size lift your looking for and see if all the parts are the same then the one on ebay!!

Jeeperz Creeperz is a very respectable wheeler. He helped Eric Zappe write the Guide to the Ultimate XJ Book. Read it 68 times!!!! His stuff is very good and he will fix any problems you encounter. Ex: missing bolts and washers, wrong u-bolts, ect..

just run a simple coil spacer and shackle lift. it will give you 2 inches of lift and you can throw 31's under there with some trimming it will look really nice. thats what i have. if you need any help on install info let me know just did mine 2 weeks ago.
