Looks like that rig was a rolling office. Those hook-ups appear to be for computer gear (ethernet, printer and or monitor connectors) and the coax must've been for radio Wi-Fi.

Hey! Waitaminit! Maybe the PO was one of those guys you read about who goes around searching for unsecured home networks and when an open network is found, they hack/grab people's personal info. Just like that Google mapping team.

God you guys are young. That is the setup for the old motorola car phones, I installed about 200 of the damn things. Its nothing you need now, unless you plan on installing a car cell phone from the early 1990's.
