There is this hose hanging from the back of my front differential and I have no idea what it is or where it goes to? Can anyone tell me wha this is?

Also, what the hell is this? It is mounted on a bracket on the passenger side of the vehicle behind the headlight.

So it doesnt actually feed to anything it just vents out the diff?

Second pic, looks like maybe the horn broke off on that side? It almost looks like where the horn mounts...hard to tell from the angle and upside-downess of the picture.

That first one is the diff vent tube. Should really run it up into the engine compartment along the back and top of the engine somewhere. So in case you do get into some deep water, it can still breathe.

there should be another smaller hose that activates the 4wd and then that one is the vent do you have one or two hoses you see

pretty positive first is a breather hose if its under water it can vent some how idk about the second

He's got a 94, so he shouldn't have a vacuum disconnect axle.

Ya, I only see one hose coming from there. Good to know its just a breather and not an important missing component.

It doesnt seem like it'd be a horn b/c it's on both sides. And I think my horn is up front between the firewall and the air intake. But I really have no idea b/c my horn doesn't work.
