So for how may years and in how may other vehicles did jeep produce the 4.0, and what years will swap into a mid 90's cherokee?

 

I think the 4.0L ceased '06, something like 5,000,000 made. Thought someone posted that the blocks/heads possibly had different accessory mounting bosses on different models.

 

1987 they started putting them in the MJ and XJ. 90 or 91 they started putting them in Wronglers, and 1993 they started to put them in the Grand Cherokee. In 01 they stopped the XJ and 2006 stopped putting the 4.0 in Wronglers and GCs.
