Well seems like I need either a new lift gate or I need a new cargo area floor. Any cheap way to replace the floor with good metal or is there a cheap kit out there. I do plan on stretching the wheel base about 2-3" by flipping my springs. So I imagine I need to stretch the wheel wells back a bit. Any one have any pictures of this or any suggestions?

Is it even worth putting a floor in it? If it's that far gone, why not save it for parts and start new on something else?

Cut out rotten floor, weld in unrotten floor. The cargo area is totally flat.

Water can also get in from holes underneath, such as random rusty spots above the exhaust, the filler neck seam, screws from trim, rivets for the cargo loops, wheel well seams, and the stupid bit that hangs down behind the tires (eliminated with rear quarter cut'n'fold)

Would it be easier to make my own floor pan and fender wells? Or does someone make longer fender wells for a stretch wheel base

Pretty sure there are no kits for stretching your wheel base
