Exclamation Welder shopping

So im trying to learn how to weld. i found a gasless MIG welder on ebay for 110 bucks. sounds good but im worried that it isnt powerful enough to weld a front bumper together. it is listed at 110V. can anybody give me any advice?

If its gasless its not mig.
Its a "flux core wirefeed" or FCMAW if you want to get technical.

Anyway, I wouldnt use a ebay wirefeed to weld a bumper together. Something like a 110v stick welder would be more suited for a bumper.
Crappier welds, but it should penetrate enough to do a good job.
