weird sound at the front left tire

Default weird sound at the front left tire

ok so i just had ball joints replaced and i have had a lot of play in my steering wheel since i bought my jeep. there is a weird binding/clunking sound when i turn the wheel to the right. any help?

Sounds like your axle U-joint on that side is bad.

ok that sounds right. a mechanic a couple months ago said i needed ball joints soon. thanks

If your axle U-jionts have the same amount of miles on them, you should change them as a set. I would only change them on one side if I blew one out on the trail.
