Check the flexplate for cracks.

brought the car to the shop, car, overheated and dumped collant everywhere. thought for sure it was the wapter pump, thus solving that sound.

they said the radiator cap needed to be replaced.

the car holds pressure now, but still sorta over heats. the AC fan isnt kicking on like it should either.

like i said, the waterpump isnt more than 2 years old so im clueless here as to what that sound could be. and now i got to figure out why my car is running at like 230degrees sometimes hitting 250. plus why the fan wont kick on.

GEEZE!

heres a better video.

Check your fan/fan shroud and make sure it's tight. Could be what that sound is. And just because you buy a "new" component doesn't necessarily mean it works properly. I've heard many stories about people buying "new" parts that turn out to be dysfunctional (mainly thermostats) but that is possible with a water pump too. Check all your cooling components. Fan clutch, radiator, hoses for leaks
