Default Weird liquid noise after braking

I have a 1996 jeep Cherokee and when I braked there was a a weird liquid noise that sounded like liquid was flowing throughout the whole vehicle mainly towards the back of the vehicle. No check engine light. Started making the sound a little bit when I start accelerating after stopped until I get going. What could it be? Should I be worried?

try filling up your tank completely and see if it's still there?
I must say I have not a clear idea what else could cause the sound of "liquid" mainly at the back....other than the whirlpool in your tank, but that mainly occurs when you accelerate...

Maybe the liquid noise is actually a metallic noise?
Rear shoes worn out?

Do you feel anything in the brake pedal while you are hearing this?

Nothing seems to be affected by how the jeep runs everything runs normal there is just a weird sound overall that leads to the back of the vehicle.

Maybe a rear hatch leak and rain water has found its way into somewhere back there?

I just know the sound came from a result of braking.

Yeah. IF that is it then when you brake the water is sloshing forward as you're slowing down. But that's just an idea of what it could be if everything else seems to be in order.

It's definitely not water sloshing.

Then try what Roler said by filling up the tank completely and see if it still makes the noise.
