Default Weird knocking sound

Alright so last night I putt in new sway bar bushing etc and in the process my driver side sway bar link snapped and I had to get a new one. I didn't get 2 because the other one was fine. Also I got a new power impact gun and when I put my two front tires back on I used it. I was not all the 100% comfortable with it. On the way to work I today I was hearing a knocking sound every time I turn and when I stopped. Then when I accelerate from a dead stop it knocks. Are they too tight or do u think there is another issue ? Thank you
