Water pump pulley

Water pump pulley
So I just ran up on a squeak and it’s my water pump pulley. The 4 bolts on are tight as can be but the pulley is shakeable and the pulley has started to cut into the block. I was wondering if anyone knew what I should do or why it’s doing that. Thanks
