Water pump longest bolt placement

Water pump longest bolt placement
So finally got the head on the XJ and put a new water pump on it, well cranked her up today for the first time and water was SPEWING around the water pump. used a new gasket and water pump rtv, let dry for days before i started it b/c ive been at work.
no idea wtf is going on, my guess is i had the long bolt in the wrong hole, can anyone verify which of the 4 bolt holes the long bolt goes through? 3 are the same size, one is about an inch longer.
