Seems like the leak is higher up than the fuse block connector.
This is the clutch master cylinder, replaced a couple years ago at a shop. That's mostly rust and bubbling paint around it, with a little bit of dirt.
however, didn't see water running over it when it was raining. So might be something above it, running inside.
