My 99 the washer bottle inside the fender broke and i have a bottle from a 1990 i have ABS how do i go about mounting it inside the engine compartment

 

You can mount it however and wherever you'd like. The only thing limiting you is space. Get the new bottle and play around with it and stick it in different places until you find the place you like the best. Then all you have to do is re-route the hoses for the fluid and the connectors for the pump/level warning sensor(will almost definitely require splicing in more wire). I'm sure there are plenty of people on here that have done the same thing and I'm sure theres a "perfect" spot for it.
