go to quadratec.com (Quadratec's website) they have complete new (NOT rebuilt) heads, with completelly new valvetrains for $569.99 for the 4.0 6 cyl. or $379.99 without the valve train components

you said before about doing head gaskets very quickly...maybe you took shortcuts. Torque sequence, Cleaning Old Remains Off, etc...

I know repetition makes a job easier, but are you sure it's warped heads? How have you verified this? Are you sure it's not defective head gaskets, or perhaps a warped block deck?

Blowing head gaskets can be caused by any of a number of factors, and you've only considered the head. Perhaps you've reused screws you shouldn't have (242ci cylinder head screws can only be reused once, you know - per FSM.)

I'm not aware of any trouble with Fel-Pro - or am I reading into this?

Victor/Reinz (Dana) is my preferred brand, but they're difficult to find. Fel-Pro runs a close second, unless I'm doing something exotic.

Not at all. Fel-Pro is a great choice. I would say your problems do not lie with a low-quality head gasket.
