Default warped head? :(

last weekend I took the jeep out to get dirty... but I blew one of my coolant hoses and overheated really badly but didnt notice because I was trying to get out of the mud I was stuck in. when I got out it was bad I had no coolant at all and I know I was beating the hell out of it after the line blew, now im burning oil really badly like about a gallon every 3-5 days depending on how much I drive, Ive got dummy lights and my oil pressure light keeps flickering after its warmed up at a stop and sometimes its solid but Im not as worried about that compared to the oil burning as bad, could I have worped the head? or could it be just the gasket?

thats what I get for not paying attention while off roading...

Sounds like its time for a rebuild.

Could be lots of things. Head gasket, rings, cyl walls, etc.

Blowing smoke? Sounds like you did a good number and wasted the engine.
Might as well swap in another.

I didnt do the rebuild on it but its a stroker motor, heres the build thread on it, I've never rebuilt a motor so I dont really have an idea of how and how long it would take being the first time Im doing it http://naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1024606

Don't matter if its brand new. Any engine that gets massively overheated gets damaged. Your lucky it still runs.

There's no bad leaks or blue smoke? That's a awful lot of consumption.

Sounds like you cooked the rings at minimum, not to mention the low oil pressure.

Low oil pressure after that tells me the bearings are wasted.
Might as well get another motor. I don't trust over heated blocks and heads for rebuild. Could have hidden cracks.
