Default Warn winch model?

Does anyone have an idea what model winch this is? I need to get a remote for it but dont know what series it is.

it looks like a M8000 ( I have the same one I got for free and rebuilt. Just make sure you get the right controller (3 wire or 5 wire) Look in the solenoid pack and see how many.

not really fond on winches but where is the solenoid pack generally located?

follow the wires on top of the winch...

X2 - Looks like a M8000.

It a good winch. Give the WARN customer service guys a call, they're really helpful and nice to deal with. If you can get a number off it, they can help you get the right remote and answer any questions about it.

+1, its the box/plastic cover with 4 ford style relays in it. Your controller runs into it to operate.
