Angry Wanna blow up my Jeep

Ok here is another one I posted on this topic awhile ago, my jeep spins just cranks over but wont catch. The tank and pump have been replaced the coil is brandy spankin new and the tdc is new. I go out today and it wont start period,spins but wont catch. Im getting fuel Im getting spark(dont check for it in the pouring rain)it was running great lastnight no problems what so ever. I need to get this fixed because Im a stay at home dad and need my truck

Crankshaft sensor?? Check wiring harness. There are many suggestions on how to check the CPS so just check around this forum for something helpful. It's a huge pain and you risk dropping bolts into your crankshaft housing.

are you sure you have spark check it with and extra plug or screwdriver

Theres a black cap on the fuel rail. Turn the key over and push in the valve under the cap. Dont stand in front of it cuz fuel will shoot out if you have flow. If you do then pull out one spark plug and ground it to the block while someone turns it over. You should see spark. If not , check for a loose wire on the starter, battery,and so on. Good luck.

Yeah I have fuel but no spark and I just replaced the coil 2 weeks ago. But Im not out trying anything due to rain

unplug the coil and check with a test light to verify you are getting power to it

Might try checking rotor and cps for power

Press 1/3 the pedal accelerator, then crank and if you feel the truck its gonna start it,accelerete and stop cranking, sorry for mi english, im mexican

Yall are gonna laugh at this one. Went through all this hassle for nothing cap was burnd out like no center pin no outside pins and the roter was toast. Goes to show its always the little things thank you all for your help and advice

Only time that happened to me justreplaced bunk cap. Started right up

I always look at the hard stuff and the problem is always something stupid like a cap and roter.but you know what thing runs like a champ now
