the alinement fixed the wandering problem, but i still have some vibration issues, mostly from 10-25mph not real bad, i got it up to 60 and no vibrations but when i let off the gas i hear humming from underneath. do i need shims on the rearend? i got the RC 4.5 kit with full leaf packs and it looked like a shim was already on the leafpacks. i have the TC drop kit but havent put it on cause im afraid the bolts will break since i broke leafspring bolts and LCA bolts and that was not fun. any help appriciated guys.

i installed a 4.5 rc kit and when i let off the gas at around 50+ i get a humming noise coming from the rear end.im guessing its the driveshaft because mine has a tiny bit of play in it. im probally going to do an sye soon to.

i had humming until i installed the T-case drop kit. my bolts were all rusted so i sprayed them with some WD-40 and some penetrating grease and they came out like nothing the next morning...

my jeep is ate up with rust underneath and ive been spraying pb blaster on every bolt for a week and still broke a leaf spring bolt and 2 LCA bolts. its been such a nightmare for me that i would just sell the jeep if i didnt already have so much $$$ tied up in the wheels, tires, lift, ect. cant stop now lol.

if you break them, get the air hammer out and knock the nuts off through the bolt holes on the bottom. Pull the carpet back inside, and there's a drain plug on each side. Those bolt holes are just before and after that drain plug.

both. You'll have to get some new nuts to go on those bolts that came with the kit, but I ended up having to knock the studs out too. They dont' have a nut on the other side but rather a rectangular piece of metal with a threaded hole in it.
