vibrations when braking

vibrations when braking
my jeep has a shake or vibration when i come to a stop and at a dead stop
No its not the rotors, its almost like the motor or trans has a shake to it?
it will vibrate for about 2-3 seconds after i come to a full stop, and then the vibration or shake just stops
any ideas what it could be? motor mounts are fine, could it be the trans mount?
anybody else have this issue?
