Default Vibration in steering wheel under acceleration

I have a 1996 jeep cherokee 4.0 4x4 with a 3 inch rough country lift and 31 inch tires. When accelerating between the speeds of 20-40mph the steering wheel vibrates/shakes. I've recently replaced the track bar, driver side hub assembly and the steering stabilizer. Got the wheels rotated and balanced. I'm out of ideas. What else could it be that's causing this? It's annoying the heck out of me
