Default vibration? maybe

my 2000 cherokee got a bent tie rod sleeve about a month ago, and after some screwing around with it, I finally got the front wheels realigned, put a new steering stabilizer on it, and tightened up the track bar. When driving though it still makes a lot of noise from the front end... I just had the front axle & knuckle replaced last year and I'm starting to fear that may be the problem again. Since the last one got replaced it's been lifted 3", with a 1" transfer case drop. Any thoughts?

Bad bushings but I wouldn't worry to much Cherokees seem to make noises sound worse since they go right into the unibody. Usually you have a frame and it absorbs a lot of pops pings in the suspension and doesn't let it go into the body. It could also be your steering rubbing on your steering stabilizer bolt just look for simple things like that.

I'm starting to think it might be something brake related.. I noticed the other day that the brake hardware is missing on my front right caliper....

I don't see how brakes could cause vibrations. I had two front calipers sticking bad and it still drove smooth. But, feel your wheel after driving for a while and see if it's hot. Or take the wheel off and check the pads..... Another thing might be that you have a warped rotor.

Well, figured it out. I overlooked anything on the front dif since I just had it replaced last year. But I grabbed the front driveshaft and gave it a wiggle and It's got a lot of play in it. Pinion bearing must be shot... Which is wonderful, because once again, it was all just replaced less than a year ago
