Default Vibration help!!

First off I have searched high and low.

Now I picked up a 1990 jeep cherokee, aw4, 242 tc, dana35 rear till I get the 8.8 in. It has a rustys 6.5 inch lift. I just installed a sye and dc driveshaft. The vibration is better but still there and actually worse on the freeway.
It has 6* shims in the rear and 2* pinion angle which should be perfect.
Now what I think the problem might be is it has teraflex revolvers in the rear and is getting horrible axle wrap. Which I think is my vibration.

Do you guys think the revolvers are causing the axle wrap which in turn is causing my vibration? I am not new to driveshaft angles, but know nothing about revolvers. What else would cause bad axle wrap.

Also when I let off gas the vibration gos away, which would make me think the pinion angle is fine in cruise, but axle wrap is causing the pinion angle to go out under accel.

Driveshaft was out of time. When I was installing the driveshaft the slip joint slipped out and I didnt line the ears back up on the ds. Smooth as glass now, all the way up to 85. < didnt go past 85 no need to its a jeep.

Do what? That makes a difference? if the yoke slipped out of the transfer-case how did the universal joint spin? Or am I think about it wrong...

The slip joint, not the slip yoke. Look at your front driveshaft the piece that moves in and out is the slip joint. The ears on the both u joints have to line up.
Disregard the carden u joint, see how the ears on the ds and the slip joint line up with each other.

yeah that's what I thought you meant, just wasn't sure what "slipped out" (giggity...) I had an aluminum driveshaft shortened due to a differential housing change and picked up some vibs. I just wonder if my transmission output shaft bearing is going or there are still balancing issues with the driveline. Never thought to see if the end was welded on "in time" with the opposite end. I know what I'm checking tomorrow.

You might have very well helped me fix my other car. preciate it
