vibration in front end!!!!

Unhappy vibration in front end!!!!
I have a 89 cherokee laredo 4x4, at 15 to 20 mph, hitting a bump, get a vibration , like running over a wash board, slowing down it will stop, starting back up hit a small bump and it vibartes again. changed right front axle bearing hub assembly, still there. please help. rotten
