So I was driving the other day and at about 40-55 mph my front end starts to vibrate. I've got a 92 4.0 xj and I just replaced my upper and lower ball joints. My alignment is a little out of whack and my p/s pump went out recently and I think I may have stressed the gears in my steering box. And when I turn or slow down my front end pops reeeaaalllly loud. I've checked my track bar and tie rod ends by shutting the jeep off and having my brother moved the wheel back and forth and I don't see any ends moving and my track bar is pretty stationary. But I do have about a 1/8th of a turn in the wheel before it even engages the steering box. And btw I did replaces my p/s pump.
Do you guys think its a tie rod end, bad track bar end/bushing, alignment, steering box, or possibly my one 31"tire and one 30" tire throwing it off or something? Please help. Thanks guys!

You really should run the same size tires on all four, unless it's 2wd, then the two back tires need to be the same and the two front tires need to be the same. Make sure that the track bar bolts are torqued to spec. Also, the mounting holes could be wobbled out if a PO drove it with the bolts a little loose. That is my problem.
