Default Vib problem and don't know where to start

Ok guys just got done taking DS out and checking the ujoints and pinion bearing and all seem good. My question is where else could this be coming from. It starts at 55mph and gets worse as I speed up. The only p[lace I feel it is in my feet and gas pedal it seems. Can't seem to figure out where its coming from. I know my leafs are shot could this be causing the problem. I know the other day I had the rearend jacked up on stands and while it was off I was just turning the the wheels back and forth and I could hear and feel a clunk. Is this normal or should I take the cover of the rear and check it out. Any input would be awsome. THANKS AGAIN GUYS.

What are the spec on your vehicle. Year, 4wd?...

Lifted? Bigger tires? Stock?

I had some vibe issues when I first got my old jeep and it was the Tranny Mount.

You can remove your rear drive shaft and drive in FWD just to see if that cures your shakes. That would eliminate the rear DS.

You will need to tape something over your T-case to keep it from leaking though.

If you have vibes still. I would check out the Tranny mount above the cross-member. Only 55+ makes me want to think Steering but you said you only feel it in the gas pedal. I would still change out the tranny mount since it is 21 years old probably.

Check your motor mounts too but I would bet you would get more vibes at all speeds if they were shot.
