Question Vent Windows

I have a 95 Cherokee Sport. The vent window do not open. Does anyone make a kit to replace these with vent windows that open?

What do you mean by "do not open"? Is the glass stuck to the rubber or something? Are you sure they're supposed to move?

The early models had a glass triangle where most vehicles had opening vent windows. They did not open, but OP is wondering if someone make a kit to convert it. That I am not sure about.

All the early xjs had a 2 piece window but not all of them had the wing window option.Like said used is your only option ebay or junkyard. Its easier to just swap the doors the other way is gut the door to get the wing window out then do the same to your jeep.

I like those vent windows too. Drawbacks are water leaks and whistling if not fully sealed. Thieves like vent windows because they are easy to get into.
OP your location is SE NC, like Wilmington?

Sorry OP, I thought you were saying yours were stuck

There are indeed vented factory wings, and they can be swapped, if you can find them

My 85 XJ and the 79 Mustang I had in high school are the only vehicles I ever owned that didn't have the opening wing windows. I may start looking for a set for my XJ too.

Try pulling lever inward and placing a nickle behind it, this refreshes the gaskets. lol

Seen that many times. Looks like they dumped the change cup on it.

First come, first served.
