Default Vehicle wont Start after installing lift kit

My 97 xj sport will not start after I installed a 4.5 RC long arm kit. While working on it I left the hood up and forgot to unplug the light so the battery ran dead. I charged it and have been trouble shooting trying to figure it out any ideas what could have happened. Also hooked up a computer to it to try to see what was wrong but the computer didn't want to comunicate. During the process i dropped the front axle pretty low but check the wires and couldn't find any thing disconnected or unpluged. Also couldn't find any blown fuses. Any one got any ideas what it could be?

You could try disconnecting the battery ( still keeping it on a slow charge) then reconnect after a while. Sometimes sudden voltage changes freak out computers.

Check for a solid terminal connection, I had the same problem after mine =). I disconnected the neg. terminal when I did mine, and didn't get it on tight afterward.
