No, it won't. Carburettor cleaner is primarily MeOH, acetone, & mineral spirits. I wouldn't use it on electrical stuff (mineral spirits can be kinda nasty on copper,) but it works fine for parts cleaning, and it's easier to handle than stuff like MEK.
