Valve Cover Bolts?

Valve Cover Bolts?
So I just put a new head on my 2000 Cherokee, but whoever did it the valve cover before me used five different types of bolts? Two had five or six washers on them. I know the 1/4" 20threads with the mushroom washers are the correct ones, but can I go get a full set from the junkyard and put them all around?
