Vacuum system in '90 xj

Vacuum system in '90 xj
I think i've heard something, but didnt catch any detail, and im sure how to do it off the top of my head. How can you convert the vacuum system and/or get rid of it..All it does is **** me off..haha, help please. Or better question whats the best way to rig up a cold air intake?with effecting the vacuum harness
