vacuum line help

vacuum line help
okay so i just made an air intake and i put a breather on the pcv-ish valve but i dont know what to do with the other vacuum line. somebody told me it wasnt important and i should leave it off but idk if thats okay. i was thinking maybe i should give it its own breather. I don't know what to do, i'd appreciate some advice.
