Default Cooling Problems

i have a 2000 cherokee sport 4.0L that i cant seem to get the cooling problems worked out. everytime i check my coolant it is a rusty brown color. I have flushed the system 3 times an it still keeps doing that. It has a new head gasket an 160 degree thermostat in it. Needing some input

160tstat(from my experience!!!!!!!!!) equals 100% guaranteed to overheat.

Did you ever use a stop leak in it? Or, if you're not the original owner, has it ever had stop leak in it? I just went through this (two days ago) with my Jeep. The PO put stop leak in it and it settled at the bottom of my overflow resevoir and in the radiator. Had the system flushed, and washed out my resevoir, 100% better. Change the t-stat back to OEM specifications, which is 195*, like the previous poster stated.
