Sorry but you sucking and blowing on a line is doing nothing. I would spend $30 on pump, before tearing dash apart.
I knew there would be a better way, i just have never really had to work with these lines before, ill see if i can get a pump and check it out. thanks man

Well, i used that vacuum tool, checked the system, everything was ok.

so i looked up online how to check the actuators, and when i was looking them over i saw that one of the arms that opens the doors had snapped off. so that was my problem.

Instead of fixing it the right way and taking 10 hours to take everything off the dash, i just cut a access panel behind the radio and put a screw in the door to jam it open lol so now i have nice cold ac out of the proper vents, come winter ill just pull out the screw and so i cant have the defrost lol
