Vacuum disconnect years?

Question is are all vacuum disconnect axles 1991 and older and all non vac disconnect 92 and newer? Thanks.

On XJs they quit using them in 91 and they were only on the ones with a part time case. Full time t-cases didn't have them. All YJs had them up to 95.
