Vacuum canister stuff not working.

Vacuum canister stuff not working.
Everything connected to the vacuum canister in the bumper doesnt work. Cruise control, AC, ETC doesnt work and the symptoms all indicate a vacuum leak. However I just replaced all of the visible lines and checked the bottle for leaks. Anyone have any ideas of where it could be leaking or what I can do to fix this stuff.
