vacume line help

89 cherokee any idea where the blue vacume line goes to , cant find anything missing, trying to fix previous owners disasters, thanks alot

if you vents inside work proprley it like fresh air intake or pressure relif i plug one in before and blew my vacuum switch to the dash controls

mines not connected to anything, no problem I suspect its supposed to be like that. Its an 87 so it should be similar.
