Vacum line

Vacum line
Hey got a problem with my heater think its a common problem but the heat only works on defrost only heat definatly coming out but the fan isn't working either so just at the low setting.
So from what I'm getting out of other post is it usually is a Vacum line.
Here is a pic is this the vacume lines going in if so one is broke and where do i hook it up to any help would be appricaited its about to get cold up here in MT.

Also anyone got a opinion on the add on back seat heaters they show on essentials, they worth it.

So I should fine another line coming from there thats not conected.
Is there any specifics when it comes to replacing the vacuum lines, type or just any tube as long as im able to hold the vacuum.

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors
passenger side behind bumper theres a vacuum ball a line comes from it and goes to cruise then to the black pc just use line that fits snuglyy over both pc

thanks will check tonight probably a reason the cruise ddoesnt work eisther but I figured it was something in the steering colem. But I did run across something that said the cruise needed a vacuum to.
