Default Upper steering column

Hi Y'all, new member here!

I just bought a new "project" A 1992 Cherokee Laredo 4.0 straight six. The previous owner had tried to tighten the bolts in the steering column and in the process had broken and then lost the cancel cam. Also looks like he tried to pry off the wheel or locking plate with a screwdriver, (ever heard of a wheel puller?) and screwed up the button that contacts the cancel cam on the turn signal switch. . Parts are on order but does anyone have a good assemby proceedure or parts breakdown for the whole upper steering column? I HATE trying to put something together that someone else took apart.
