So I noticed that I can move the upper control arms side to side @ the bushing with a screw driver with little force. Is that normal??
The lower control arms are nice and stiff.
Thanks.

You're bushings are most likely shot.
It's rubber, you'll obviously be able to move it some with a screwdriver... It just depends on how easy it is.
Usually, they could stand to be replaced.

That's a very good possibility.
I replaced all the LCA bushings a couple months ago in my DD XJ. It makes a HUGE difference. It got rid of a lot of funny shimmys and shakes.

That reminds me. I did replace the LCA bushings 'cause they were worn and the DW went away. The UCA bushings were good so I left 'em alone. Now that DW is back and noticed that the UCA move side to side. So like you said, it's a good possibility. Gonna replace the UCA bushings thru the week.

I believe. Here's what I've done so far. Most of the parts were worn anyways.
1) Steering box with brace
2) Steering linkages
3) U-joints
4) hub/bearing assemblies
5) Steering stablizer
That's all that I can think of for now.
If you think of anything else, I'll tell you if I did or didn't replace/fix whatever.
