Default Upper Control Arm Bolts

Have been scouring the net as well as any local dealers and no one has the upper control arm bolts, body side available. Anyone have a link to something that would work in place of those bolts? My old ones snapped off during the CA replacement.

Dang, those are hard to find aren't they? I'd help with the size but I'm finding conflicting sizes listed as well. I'd say go to the classified (part out) section of the forum and get some that way.

Yea the conflicting sizes is definitely not helping! Good thinking with the part out route, will check those out.

When I replaced my upper and lower CA's with adjustable ones I just asked for new one to be included but can't remember the size and all of those items were thrown into a box with other suspension items.

Try any aftermarket vendor to see if they sell you a set of them.

I'm sure you could find a very similar size bolt at your local tractor supply or auto store.

I think they are M10-1.25x70 but I used grade 8 7/16 bolts from Lowe's. I used a 7/16 drill bit to open up the holes. It didn't take much to enlarge them. I even re-used the "wings" that came with the originals. I ground off the swaged edges, opened them up with a die grinder and welded them on the new bolts.

that's what I did when I installed a lift on a friends YJ. I didn't have to open up the holes though

I bought mine from Fastenal. I used an M10-1.5x85 mm.

Uppers:

I used these for lowers (with washers) if you need them:
