Default Upgrading to a ZJ clutch.. questions

I need to know that what are things needed to do that upgrade, and how exactly is it effective. I've seen many people do that on this forum but the search function isn't as effective.. so this is a question to all of you who have done it.. please tell what problems did you encounter (if any) and what do need for the swap.. except for the ZJ fan clutch obviously

Is it worth the risk? Wouldn't it by any chance touch the radiator?
