So I got the rad swapped out the other night in the freezing rain, and so that all worked out - drove just about 4 hours away with the XJ to get my wife's driver's license (we lived overseas for awhile, she didn't really need it there) - she passed! We had to drive another good 4 hours back through mountain passes and freezing rain and ice the whole way, but the XJ loved it.
Jeep's been kickin it pretty good. If you've seen my posts I've had my issues, but fixed everything so far and it's been rock solid.
Getting the drums done this week, then the last things I need to do are rear shocks and new tires in the summer. It's been a long road.
I felt the need to post my first happy post where something wasn't broken.
