I dont do subscriptions, but after looking thru settings i can only assume its the following.

User CP > Control panel > Settings & Options > Edit Options

Scroll down to Messaging & Notification. Click the arrow and select "No Email Notification". There is also a "Do Not Subscribe".

Further down in the Control Panel is Subscribed Threads. In the Edit Options you can rename or delete folders, but i dont know how that works with the other stuff.

Click Save Changes.

Are you using your phone? If so, you need to switch to "desktop site". Then the user cp will appear towards the upper left corner. Click on List Subscriptions on the left panel and toggle (uncheck) the Notifications box. That will turn off email for all subscribed threads. Then go to Edit Options and make sure you set Default Thread Subscription Mode to No Email notification (or another option if you wish).

Post #4 shows User CP. It's at the top of this thread also.

When you change it, scroll down to the bottom of the page, if you see a button that says save, click it or it won't take
