Default Unit bearing question??

I'm getting ready to do ball joints on my XJ, and I'm going with NAPA Premium, as I've heard they are the best on the market. I was wondering if, while I had the front end apart, it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the unit bearings too. I beat the snot out of my rig, and want to upgrade any time I do work on it. I don't know if they have ever been replaced or not. I would like to have some peace of mind on this!! What are the best and most durable unit bearings, and where can I purchase them?? I'm not too concerned about the higher prices, because this is something that I feel it's OK to spend some cash on. This part of the Jeep takes a serious beating, and I want it to hold up for awhile. Thanks for any input in advance!! Peace out!!

you can tell if you need to change them getting the tire if the ground and grab the top of the tire and see if you can back and forth (aka side to side on the vehicle not front to back), if there is play in it definitley replace them, but if your not worried about money then go ahead and replace them and throw your old ones in the back of the jeep for trail spares

COS I would also go ahead and change the axle u-joints if you are taking it all apart like that. Knock it all out at once and be good to go for some time to come.
