Ujoint???
Ok so many of the lifted XJ people and most of the stockies should know the rolling clunk a bad ujoint makes right??
i make it almost every time i accelerate... and i just pressed in a heavy duty... i dont understand why it insists on scaring the crap out of me daily.. but it likes too...
Does anyone know why im making this sound??
Is it bad drive line Angle??
Would a tCase drop help at all??
(and yes my diff is pink) haters.

Kinda hard to tell from that last pic, but I think your pinion may be a bit high.
It also looks like you have less than 1/2" of compression left on your driveshaft which can bottom out and put pressure on the pinion and the T-Case.
You do not need that T-Case dropped especially considering that you have a SYE installed.
Reset that pinion angle and go for a slightly shorter driveshaft, this will help you out significantly.

Pinion angle is gnarly and you have no slip on that DS, that will smash the crush sleeve on the pinion gear and really mangle your gear mesh, not good.
