Default turning over, but not lighting off

I have a 95 with the 4.0, 5-speed and a problem just started over night, litterally.
Heres the scoop:
I came out tonight to head into work, went to crank over the jeep and it cranks but does not start at all. I have checked all the fuses that would possibly be a problem and they are all fine. It DOES have gas in it and i think, not quite sure, that i hear the fuel pump primer when i turn the key but do not crank it over.
I checked all my wires and dizzy and nothing is cracked, broke, chaffed, or missing. I have not messed with anything at all on it recently. She cranks over like a beaut'.

I would like to see what i can get from you guys as far as help goes before i tow her away to the shop.

If you have fuel pressure @ the rail, my guess would be the CPS. Check to see if you have spark/fuel and go from there.

Good luck! and keep up posted

I had the same problem yesterday with mine, checked a bunch of connections, fuses and then unplugged and replugged the CPS. Then the thing started right up. Not sure what I learned, wish I did know. I'll being looking into this further for sure. Maybe it didn't like to 100 deg + heat.
